Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-28
This policy explains how Juntri handles information during its public Beta. Juntri does not sell data and does not currently use behavioral advertising.
Information we handle
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, avatar, and the identifier needed to link your account. We also handle groups, memberships, shared and personal expenses, informational settlements, preferences, support requests, feedback, and receipts you choose to upload.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate you, provide and protect the service, calculate results from submitted data, send transactional communications, provide support, and understand which Beta features are used through internal analytics. These internal events do not store amounts, descriptions, names, emails, messages, IP addresses, or user agents.
Storage and providers
Data is stored in the database and file systems configured for Juntri. We may use hosting, storage, transactional email, and Google authentication providers strictly to operate the service. Receipts are private and require authorization; custom avatars are public.
Cookies and security
We use strictly necessary session and CSRF cookies. We apply access controls, validation, encrypted transport in production, and reasonable security measures without claiming certifications we do not hold. No cookie banner is needed while no advertising tracking or persistent third-party analytics is used.
Retention and requests
We keep information as needed to operate the account, preserve financial traceability, meet obligations, or resolve incidents. There is currently no account deletion button or full data export. You may request access, correction, or an evaluation of deletion through the legal contact; some history may need to be retained or anonymized.
Beta and changes
Juntri is in Beta and this policy may evolve as features or providers change. We will publish the update date and will not promise practices that do not yet exist.
The legal contact must be configured before public launch.
